What it does

Salus follows a health-check round from the moment the staff list arrives until the records sit on the provincial health portal.

Three function groups: field examination, management, lookup

Client companies

A record per company: tax code, contract, contact person. Each company carries its own privacy policy — some allow full visibility, others hide detailed medical data.

Health-check rounds

Each round belongs to a company, a date range, a headcount and a number of stations. Tests beyond the standard package are added per round: chest X-ray, abdominal ultrasound, ECG, toxicology.

Examining at the station

A split screen: the queue by number on the left, the examination form on the right, tabbed into administrative, history, physical, clinical and obstetric sections.

Physical measurements use step buttons for speed, and BMI is computed.

Entering physical and vital measurements

Scanning the QR on a national ID card fills in the administrative fields instead of typing twelve digits.

Running several rounds at once, you switch between them inside the examination screen.

Printing

  • Form 03 health-check booklet per Ministry of Health circular

  • Round cover sheet with the staff list

  • Code128 / QR labels for specimen tubes

Choosing what to print

Submitting to provincial portals

Records already reach the health data portals of Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai. The two portals accept different formats, from one record.

Why catalogue codes cannot be wrong

The technical catalogue comes from the portal itself, as mandated by the Ministry of Health. The app checks before sending, so a code the portal does not recognise has no way out of the device. This is not carefulness — it is something that cannot happen.

Status

Not yet used on a real round. Data entry and portal submission both work; the hardest path — interoperating with two provincial portals — is the part that has been verified.

The system was designed multi-tenant from the start.

💡 Key Insights

🎯 Real Problem

Health-check rounds are recorded on paper and re-entered, and portals reject the records

⚡ Solution

Tablet data entry at each station, Form 03 printing, direct submission to health portals

✨ Value Delivered

No re-entry step, and wrong catalogue codes are blocked on the device before sending
